in first party, bad faith, extra-contractual,
and fraud and arson cases. The insurance team

General Casualty Section represents a multitude
of insurance clients, defending claims involving
automobile liability, premises liability, and
other related claims.

Products Liability Section has defended clients
in multi-million dollar exposure cases involving
industrial explosions, offshore drilling rig
collapses, and class action claims. Blue Williams
represents clients in commercial litigation
involving such issues as contract disputes,
shareholder liability claims, and automobile
dealership litigation. The firm also handles
construction litigation defending builders,
contractors, and owners against claims for defective
or faulty workmanship.
The
firm’s Admiralty/Maritime Section provides
representation to employers and underwriters
defending maritime workplace and third party
personal injury, vessel damage, maritime contract
disputes, and property and cargo claims.
