Education
Mr. Watson received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Law in 2001 from State University of New York at Binghamton. In 2004, he was awarded his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans, graduating with Cum Laude honors and in the top six percent of Loyola’s Common law division. He received a joint degree in Louisiana Civil and English Common law studies. After being trained in the legal systems of Europe and Latin America while studying at distinguished Universities in Vienna, Austria; Budapest, Hungary; and San Juan, Costa Rica, he acquired certification in International Legal Studies.
While completing his legal curriculum Mr. Watson was selected to be a member of Loyola’s distinguished Moot Court program and as a student faculty member taught in the Moot Court, Legal Research and Writing, and Street Law programs. Mr. Watson was chosen by Loyola’s faculty for membership in the St. Thomas More Inn of Court. In recognition of his high honors in trial advocacy, Mr. Watson was admitted into the National Order of Barristers.
Narrative
Mr. Watson was born in New York and he and his family traveled extensively with the United States Navy. He began his education as a toddler enrolled in an all Japanese school and completed high school in Sicily, Italy. After receiving his undergraduate degree in New York, he moved to New Orleans where he and his family now reside. After practicing law in toxic tort litigation, Mr. Watson joined the firm as an associate in March of 2005.

Mr. Watson broadened his practice reach in the Gulf South becoming admitted to practice law in Louisiana, Texas, and Mississippi. He is an active member of the Louisiana, Texas, and Mississippi Bar Associations, and admitted to the United States Supreme Court.
