Michelle Gullage earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Duke University in 1991. After graduating from Duke, she received her Juris Doctorate from Tulane University School of Law in 1994.
Narrative
Ms. Gullage is a native of South Carolina and has been a resident of New Orleans since 1991. After graduating from law school, she began her practice handling domestic, bankruptcy and personal injury cases. Ms. Gullage served as an Assistant District Attorney in the New Orleans District Attorney’s Office from 1996 to 1998 and then again from 2003 to 2008. Between those two periods of service as an Assistant District Attorney, Ms. Gullage worked in insurance defense, specializing in auto and premises liability claims.

Ms. Gullage is admitted to practice before all state courts in Louisiana. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. She is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the New Orleans Bar Association. She also serves as an Assistant Bar Examiner.
