Education
Pamela Ferrage Noya graduated from Loyola University in New Orleans in 1984, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree. Ms. Noya earned her Juris Doctorate in 1987 from Loyola University School of Law-New Orleans. While in law school, Ms. Noya was a Moot Court Finalist, member of the Loyola Law Review, Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity, and received the American Jurisprudence Award in Maritime Personal Injury.
Narrative
Ms. Noya is a native and lifelong resident of New Orleans. She began practicing in the areas of employment law and commercial litigation in 1987. She joined Blue Williams in 1990 and has had an extensive practice since that time in appeals, construction litigation, insurance litigation, and worker’s compensation.

Ms. Noya is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts and the United States District Court for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana. Ms. Noya is a member of the American Bar Association, the Louisiana State Bar Association, the New Orleans Bar Association, and the Association of Women Attorneys.
