Education
Mr. Bossier was born in New Orleans and graduated from St. Martin’s Episcopal School in 1978 where he was a member of the Dean’s List. Following St. Martin’s, Mr. Bossier graduated from Loyola University College of Business receiving the degree of Bachelor in Business Administration in 1982. He was a member of the Dean’s List at Loyola. He attended Loyola University School of Law obtaining his Juris Doctorate in 1985. He was awarded the Moot Court award for Top Brief Writer.
Narrative
A managing partner at Blue Williams, Mr. Bossier has been with the firm since its inception in 1983 where he began as one of the firm’s first law clerks. He has an extensive litigation practice and handles all aspects of trials and appeals. Mr. Bossier has successfully tried cases in multiple areas including complex commercial litigation, occupational disease, insurance law, products liability and others. In addition, Mr. Bossier’s commercial practice includes providing business advice and counseling on matters such as corporate organization, operation and dissolution. Brian has successfully represented an array of clients ranging from local entities to major insurers as well as numerous entities with worldwide operations. He also chairs a hearing committee for the Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board.
Brian is involved in the community as a member of the Board of Trustees of St. Martin’s Episcopal School and participates in various social and civic organizations. He is married with two children.

Brian is a member of the New Orleans Bar Association, Jefferson Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, Federal Fifth Circuit Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He practices before all Louisiana State Courts, United States District Courts for Louisiana, the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Louisiana Supreme Court. He is also a member of the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel, Defense Research Institute and the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry. Mr. Bossier holds an A/V® Peer Review Rated certification mark from Martindale-Hubbell.
