Education
Mr. Maraldo graduated from Jesuit High School in New Orleans in 1985. Mr. Maraldo received his Bachelor of Science in International Trade and Finance, Cum Laude, from Louisiana State University in 1990. Mr. Maraldo was awarded the degree of Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, in 1994 by Tulane University. He served as the Notes and Comments Editor of the Tulane Journal of International and Comparative Law and as a Senior Fellow in the Legal Research and Writing Program. Mr. Maraldo was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Federal Criminal Law in 1993. Mr. Maraldo obtained his Master of Business Administration in 1994 from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University of Louisiana.
Narrative
Mr. Maraldo’s practice consists of general business counseling and litigation, commercial litigation, and medical malpractice litigation. Regarding his general business and commercial litigation practice, Mr. Maraldo provides a comprehensive package of legal services to clients ranging from small business owners to national entities. Some of the services Mr. Maraldo provides are: 1) counseling and advising clients regarding business entity formation and continuation; 2) drafting business entity formation and organizational documents; 3) drafting and negotiating leases, buy-sell agreements, asset purchase agreements, and contracts; and 4) counseling and advising clients regarding daily operations, such as management meetings, shareholder meetings, board meetings, minutes, and resolutions.
Mr. Maraldo’s medical malpractice practice includes the defense of individual and corporate health care providers throughout Louisiana. Mr. Maraldo represents dentists throughout Louisiana in dental malpractice claims. He has litigated medical malpractice and dental malpractice cases in both state and federal courts. Mr. Maraldo also represents health care providers before administrative and professional boards.
Mr. Maraldo became a partner at Blue Williams in 2000.

Mr. Maraldo was admitted to the bar in 1994. He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in all Louisiana State Courts and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana. Mr. Maraldo is a member of the New Orleans Bar Association and the Jefferson Bar Association. He also maintains a membership in the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel. Mr. Maraldo holds an B/V® Peer Review Rated certification mark from Martindale-Hubbell.
