Education
Mr. Giambrone received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University School of Law in 1997 and his B.A. from Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge in 1994, majoring in both History and Political Science.
Narrative
Mr. Giambrone was admitted to the bar in 1997, joining Blue Williams as an associate in 2001 after serving as law clerk to the Honorable Marion F. Edwards of the Louisiana Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal. His practice consists primarily of medical malpractice defense, commercial litigation, general casualty litigation and appeals. Mr. Giambrone represents physicians, dentists, hospitals, nurses and nursing homes both individually and through their insurers for malpractice, general liability and contractual issues. He also represents a number of businesses, both large and small, in contract negotiations and commercial litigation. Mr. Giambrone was made a partner of the firm in 2005.

Mr. Giambrone is admitted to practice before all State and Federal courts in Louisiana. He is a member of the American, Louisiana and Jefferson Bar Associations and the Louisiana Hospital Association. Mr. Giambrone is actively involved in I CAN Help, Inc., a non-profit organization which funds the Jefferson Parish Intensive Probation Drug Court Program. Mr. Giambrone also serves as Vice-Chairman of the Jefferson Parish Planning Advisory Board, representing Councilman-at-Large Thomas Capella.
