Education
Mr. Henry graduated from St. Martins Episcopal School in Metairie, LA in 1980. He received in BS in business management from the University of Alabama in 1984. Tulane University School of Law awarded him the degree of Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 1988. While at Tulane he received the American Jurisprudence award in Torts.
Narrative
Mr. Henry began his practice in New Orleans in 1988 in the areas of casualty defense and construction litigation. He was subsequently admitted in the Commonwealth of Virginia where he represented clients in cases pursuant to the Federal Employers Liability Act. He has served as lead counsel in litigation in states throughout the eastern United States and the District of Columbia. In July 2006 he returned to Louisiana to become of counsel to
Blue Williams.
Mr. Henry is married to the former Kimberly Weller, and they have two children, Katherine and Carter.

Mr. Henry is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Louisiana and Virginia. Additionally, he is admitted in the Federal Courts of Pennsylvania and Ohio. John has also been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Henry holds an B/V® Peer Review Rated certification mark from Martindale-Hubbell.
