Education
Mr. Reinhardt graduated from Jesuit High School in New Orleans, Louisiana and received his Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University in 1967. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Louisiana State University Law School in 1970 where he was the recipient of the Henry George McMahon Scholarship.
Narrative
Mr. Reinhardt began practicing law in New Orleans with the firm of Phelps, Dunbar in 1970 where he became partner in 1973. He left that firm to form his own firm in 1976 where he practiced until becoming of counsel to Blue Williams in January, 2005. He has practiced in the employment field on a national basis since 1978. Mr. Reinhardt has lectured at LSU Law School in its continuing legal education program and at Tulane and the University of New Orleans Business Schools. He has also authored published articles on negotiating employment contracts and severance agreements. For the last decade, Mr. Reinhardt has been selected one of the best lawyers in America by his peers.
Mr. Reinhardt’s business clients include Chefs Paul Prudhomme, Frank Brigtsen and Willy Coln, K-Paul’s Louisiana Kitchen, Acme Oyster House, Cajun Magic, Auto Chlor Services, American Sprinkler, Brightway Signs, Southern Water Services and S.L. Contursi Rare Coin Gallery. Mr. Reinhardt also represents the Greater New Orleans Expressway Commission in employment matters.
Mr. Reinhardt serves as chairman of the board for the Fore! Kids Foundation. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the LSU Tiger Athletic Foundation serving on that Foundation’s legal committee.

Mr. Reinhardt was admitted to practice in Louisiana in 1970. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Western and Middle Districts of Louisiana, the U.S. Court of Appeals 5th Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals 11th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the American and Louisiana State Bar Associations. Mr. Reinhardt holds an A/V® Peer Review Rated certification mark from Martindale-Hubbell.
