    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

    • Ability to manage caseload independently and track billable time daily

    • Superior academic credentials with exceptional research and writing skills

Blue Williams, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (R.N., B.S.N.) with legal nurse consulting experience and a minimum of 10 years of clinical practice to join our team as a full-time Medical Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Review and analyze medical records for legal cases

    • Prepare detailed medical record summaries and timelines

    • Collaborate with attorneys on case development

    • Accurately track and enter billable time daily using our billing software

Qualifications:

    • R.N., B.S.N. with active license

    • Minimum 10 years of clinical experience

    • Prior experience as a legal nurse consultant or in a legal setting

    • Excellent analytical, writing, and organizational skills

    • High attention to detail is essential

    • Proficiency in timekeeping and documentation practices

Work Environment:
This is an in-office position based with remote flexibility available after 90 days of employment. Full benefits package and free parking.
