We represent these clients in litigation and transactional matters, such as lien litigation, general construction and contractual disputes, architect liability, products liability, fidelity and surety bonds, claims for extra work, as well as casualty and collection matters. Additionally, we have arbitrated and mediated many such cases in this arena.

With respect to transactional issues, the Blue Williams Construction Section is involved in contract negotiations between architects, contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers engaged in various types of construction projects.
