Blue Williams’ Professional Liability Section represents a large number of professionals practicing in a broad range of occupations. We represent clients in civil litigation, licensing and regulatory matters, and we also provide counseling in all areas of professional liability.

In the area of hospital malpractice, Blue Williams represents the largest health care providers in the country. In order to provide superior representation, we maintain a full-time staff of nurses and medical professionals to review and analyze medical records and assist with complicated medical issues. The firm also defends a large number of physicians and their insurers in malpractice cases. We specialize in providing our clients with experience and expertise in the complex field of professional liability litigation which includes defending claims brought by individual plaintiffs and via class actions. Our section also routinely handles credentialing issues and challenges to physicians’ licenses.
