Our attorneys also audit and prepare employment policy and procedure manuals, including drug testing, pre-employment physical and background checks, and the necessary ERISA, FMLA, FLSA and HIPAA policies. Our attorneys are also well-versed in the drafting, review and negotiation of employment contracts, including the use of noncompetition, nonsolicitation, trade secret, invention, copyright, trademark, and severance agreements.
